I had a great stay at this brand-new hotel. the atmosphere created was elegant. - the rooms were excellent quality with carpet. - the staff were efficient. - the location of the property was absolutely perfect and magnificent - at a short distance from a house museum.

I found everything exceptional, would definitely recommend it to all. My deluxe twin room was fashionable, had a nice bed. My stay was comfortable, and the entire staff was very very helpful and extremely friendly. The pool was lovely and I had alcoholic drinks in the pool bar.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with carpet.

Additionally, the location of this hotel is great, with a large shopping center just across the street. It was so convenient to have such a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The staff at Grand Ambarrukmo were exceptional, always attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was absolutely superb. I especially enjoyed the a la carte options in the restaurant, which were reasonably priced. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, and I loved the design. The bridge to Ambarukmo Plaza was a cool feature, and the hotel's location near the plaza was convenient. The integrity of the staff really stood out to me when they contacted me about a charger I had left behind and even sent it back to me in Surabaya. I had a fantastic experience at Grand Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta and would highly recommend it.

While the air conditioner was a bit too cold for me, it was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the gym facilities were quite poor with limited equipment and no staff to assist.
